On October 25, 2021, a federal court in Chicago granted final approval of a class action settlement in the lawsuit Davis v. Heartland Employment Services, LLC, 1:19-cv-00680.

The Settlement Administrator began to send settlement payments on December 13, 2021 to eligible class members who timely returned valid claim forms.
